The most recent L.A. Vintage Exchange photo shoot was pure Beverly Hills Luxe. Glitz & glam inspired the picks.

Laura & Vee pulled off the styles effortlessly and Kristina got creative with the lighting. The over-the-top luxe feel was thick with a fur jacket poolside & sequins paired with the bike. The finishing touch was meeting another MN native- Jessica Matrasko and her amazing jewelry line. Jessica Matrasko Jewelry is an original collection of rough cut gemstones and minerals- it worked well with the vintage picks. I haven't stopped thinking about the Raquel Bracelet - a hand braided wrap that is stylish and versatile - use as a bracelet, in your hair, or a necklace.

The sale at Space 15 Twenty was simply hotness.

L.A. Vintage Exchange was sandwiched between two of my favs- Lizz - Popomomo & Mitra - Blood is the New Black. The selection of sellers was above par & shoppers who stuck out the heat walked away happy. I did a quick interview with alexi wasser of IMBOYCRAZY - hoping I didn't have breakfast burrito on my face - from these pics I'll never know.

The Malibu beach house featured in the movie Spanglish was shoot location #3 for L.A. Vintage Exchange.

Yes, I feel lucky.

Models / Friends- Laura & Cristina looked hot in the bright vintage selection and the spacious house allowed many shoot locations.

The day was full of music, food and some amazing shots captured by Kristina - esp. as the sun went down.

As I like - the clothes were a mix of savvy CA vintage paired with contemporary designer pieces by Chloe & YSL among others..

It's crucial to mix & match - too much vintage on vintage can look costumey. Combine unique vintage finds with designer and/or eco-friendly contemporary pieces to keep yourself looking stylish.
